We loved the central location of the hotel. It was easy to find in the town centre and only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The staff was really helpful and attentive, and they even phoned the ferry company repeatedly to find out departure times for us. The room was clean and had nice amenities like a kettle, tea, and a fridge. Plus, the breakfast room on the top floor had amazing views.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the lake and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help with any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The room was quite spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge and a kettle for making hot drinks.
Our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived and we found some of the previous guest's belongings left in the drawers. The bathroom also had a leak that caused some problems during our stay.

Good location, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Hot water plentiful. Centrally situated, close to shopping street and lake. Beds very comfortable. Adequate en-suite. Breakfast with fresh salad, cheeses, jams. Great WiFi in room.

This hotel's location is fantastic! It's situated in the heart of the town centre and just a short walk away from the beautiful lake. the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast with a variety of fresh salads and cheeses available. the friendly staff are always there to help, and the Wi-Fi connection in the room was excellent.
This hotel’s bathroom fittings could use some updating.
